A Thought on Humanity
As a culture, humanity strives for quantitative improvement. We work for smaller devices, bigger bank accounts, faster results- anything we can attach a number to, we try to improve.
If you wanted to sum up modern society in one sentence, you could say that we are “a group of bald monkeys, working desperately to improve our numbers.”
